Scozzie is proud to present the Easter ‘Scozzie of the Week’ to Phil Lee for a tremendous training week, most notably, his efforts over Easter weekend. Phil maximized the Scozzie theme of the week to really develop his ability to volley short and by his lesson on Friday, he was playing with a phenomenal purpose and energy to his game. To cap the training week, Phil demonstrated his fantastic fitness improvements with a impressive 12.5 on the Multi-Stage Fitness Test, Scozzie’s first testing weekend post Gold and Silver Nationals. It placed his estimated VO2 max above the recommended norm for his age and stage and represented a great platform to further develop his skill level on top off. Keep up the hard work Phil!
